This problem I just don't get.... here is a sorta description:

1) Client.
suddently the props in my propchest reversed order so that instead of
newest being on top of list they got down to bottom.. ergo a reversal of
the chronological order I put them in.

2)
we are building proprooms at MP.
for that we make storage rooms, and I kept them tidy and layered for easy
access. Suddently that order of entering props changed too so the whole
bloody thing is messed up also.

WHAT is going on, please?

Hi Cher,
Look at the XML (.rmd file) in Crimson or any decent editor.
Code:
      <state id=1>
         <setprop id=#415D66F6674A2EB955AE34B7885C3020C53D988C></setprop>
      </state>

The id=# part is what you are after. If you have a before and after that would be very helpful to Scotsman and your restore.

The reason I piped in here, is it may be an associated issue to spot id, I posted. Perhaps the overwrite of id needs a test and warning if different.
Since the result can be chaos.

The first part sounds like your prop index got messed up and it had to rebuild it from the prop files.

The second part, try Bri's suggestion
