Show and guess… my desk!
Sunday 2 of September 2007, 8 pm EST at Mount Pelion manor.
Join us at Mount Pelion for an experimental, cozy and different kind of event. No, you don’t have to shake your hips to the same songs as usual… this is just about chatting and sharing and having fun in a different way than usual
Idea is to get as many contributors as possible to send in a photo of their desktop environment with computer. So… you take a photo of your desk, preferably all of it and what is at wall etc … in short your computer/office space at home.
Each picture will be made into a temporary room at MP for the duration of event.
At event we go through each room/picture and we discuss what’s in it…what type of person it is… you get the drift I think, what that odd thing is at wall? etc…and finally guess who’s room it is, after we have seen all. Who is who will remain secret till after your guesses and will then be revealed.
The list of contributors after deadline Saturday 1st of Sept. will be at hand at beginning of event.
You may participate without contributing of course, but we seek as many contributors as possible, but participators are very welcome without sending in picture.
Rules and tech stuff:
No persons allowed in pictures … only the desk/computer environment itself.
For best rendering please send graphics at or larger than 700x460 pixels, the picture will be processed and made a background in room of its own and will be deleted after the event.
The pictures are to be sent to cheiron100@gmail.com stating your online name, or you can contact me through MSN or at MP.
We look forward to a different and hopefully cozy and fun event.
Yours sincerely,
Cheiron on behalf of MP _________________ Cheiron

Thanks Cheiron, for a wonderful event filled with lots of surprises. We now know a few Manorites a bit better and can see where we all view Manor from.
Congrats to Wicked for 10 out of 10..
To the others that joined in at MP, whether you knew the people involved or not, thanks for joining in.

Oh how mistaken you are. That's not mess, that's a archaeological filing system. I know right where everything is and can go back chronologically by layer.
That's my story, and I'm stickin to it |

One day, Scotsman began digging through his papers. Suddenly his face brightened as he discovered something.
"Ah, so THAT"S where my box of Whoppers went!"
Greedily, he inhaled the delicious goodies.
