Dear Manorites !

The staff at MP has been having negotiations with agents and musicians for a while now, endless logistical problems have finally been fixed...rumours have circulated... but finally we have all contracts, deals and practical stuff settled... and now !....

Mount Pelion is proud to present:

LIVE CONCERT !
at Mount Pelion
Sunday 30th of September
7 PM EST

Come join us for an unforgettable event in Manor history, yes... a LIVE concert with a famous band, the band to end all bands ! Bookmark this event and be sure to stop by for a great experience.
The band in question will be a secret, so come join and get the surprise of your life.

Practical info:
Due to the intricacy of the event, MP does not guarantee a flawless experience, there might be lag etc, dialup users at least will have severe problems with this.
Technically: clear your cache before entering.
Dressing code: come as you are, but please minimize the amount of animations you wear.
Tickets: ..surprise... FREE entrance.
...and please be on time !

Having just a little experience I am curious where you will target the broadcast.

32kps - 64kps - 96kps - 128kps
Number of guesstimated listeners.
SHOUTcast, ICEcast stream or P2P?
Single or dual bitrate?

Thanks, I certainly have the event marked. Perhaps Scots will comment for best setup thru Manor.

Hello folks...it is me again...I am here to spill the beans about the concert. But I have to be quiet...someone might be lurking around.

The concert is all about....wait .... shhhhh. What was that noise?

Che? Is that you?...Hmmmmmmmm.......

Well anyway...the concert will be about....Muffled!!!

Well...I tried folks......but if you have eyes to look....ears to listen....feet to dance...and a tush to shake, come by and get your groove on.

BTW, the secret ingredient in the beans is..........duct taped!!

Well we gathered at the gates of MP and waited patiently as the crowd gathered and the roadies did the last minute preparations.

The Venue was clean and bright. THe lights ensured we were in for a wonderful show. Luckily for us the venue was more than large enough to fit us all in.

Finally the Band Came in. There was Raw lead Male singer, Che on Guitar, George on Drums, Jade lead female singer, the back up girls, the back up boys an though covered in feathers so costumes weren't fantastic they were very entertaining.

We cheered and clapped and danced the night away. Then it was time for us to join in and become one of the flock.

Thanks to the great team at MP.. A fantastic night with wonderful friends.

Thanks for indulging in our little soireé...and what a great audience you were !

We had a blast, just sorry some lagged a bit sometimes, but it was within tolerance I think and to be expected.
To commemorate a bit, I captured a moment of audience participation... here ya go:

BTW... we will soon start our world tour, and our CD will be in the stores too Very Happy

just to add my thanks to all who attended, hope yall had fun, thanks to Che for all his hard work and to G for rounding up all the chickens for us and thanks to our guest artiste too the world famous Rawhide, who graciously agreed to appear even tho he was on a barnyard tour of his own, many thanks to all who participated in any way.

Cheiron your brilliance was really shown at the Concert and your supporting artists deserve a special mention!! Well done Jade , George and Rawhide!! I havent enjoyed anything in Manor so much for a very long time. Keep up the good work - Manor needs you. Thank you all at MP for your invitation and your hospitality after the Concert. It will stay in my memory for a long time.
