Listing in the Directory

Ok how does it work.

I understand the Main Manor being at the top.

But how do the others get listed? Is there a magic formula?

Is it the manors with people in go to the top? or is it just random?

There is a ranking algorithm involved. The goal is to list the more popular Manors first, not necessarily the most populated.

Said algorithm is periodically adjusted to improve rankings.

How do you rate a popular manor then?


Surely one that has people in it is popular an ones that never have anyone in are unpopular..Yes?

Well I never see anyone in some of the more popular ones so how is it so popular???

One i've noticed, is Scope Island. i've never seen it with any users (perhaps i'm not looking at the right times?), and it's always up towards the top.
