Hello
I have a friend who has a iMac G5 she downloaded the program first one then the other and she installed it, it says installed successfully, but when she wants to open it, it says it needed to be installed again.
So she uninstalled it and downloaded the other program and she has the same problem.
Can you help me?

I'm confused. Installed one and then the other?
Do you mean she installed the classic version? There's only one version for OSX available, it shouldn't be popping up the update window on her. |

Hello Scotsman
What she told me was, she downloaded the OSX version, she installed it, and she got a message it was well installed, but when she tried to open the manor, she got a window telling her to install the manor, then she uninstalled it and download the mac classic version thinking it will work better, then she got a window telling her it was installed correctly and when she tried to open it, again she got the message the manor needed to be installed, so she again uninstalled it.
Thank You _________________ .GIGIøp |

Just a thought, is she launching it by clicking on the applacation icon or is she clicking on a link in the manor directory on the website? I believe the manor has to run once to be reconnized by a web browser. Hope that may be helpful. _________________ Never be afraid to try something new.
