I was recently in a Visual chat that had full video and audio features. Was nice.

The Windows Media SDK libs fit apps written in C++ .
This would relieve Manor from CODECs and other content issues.
Windows Media Player 9 for Mac OS X is available for Macheads.
Every Windows user has Media Player and it is on Win updates.
