Preventing a Manor nightmare.
If you lose your prp files or some other reason forces you to restore from a backup copy. What you may encounter is a hard limit in many ftp servers at 2000 files, after that the files are truncated. This is a part of security against denial-of-service attacks by limiting the number of displayed files in a 'ls' and the maximum depth of a recursive So you seem stuck with either a dead Manor server or anger from losing all your props. In our case, the corrupt props also caused black rooms.
The workaround is to create new server folders with names like A, B, C and ftp upload in segments. After that you will need to beg shell access from your host or ask the tech to do a Linux mv consolidation within the 2 prop folders. Be patient restoring since the monster prop folders don’t upload fast even with a cable connection. Hopefully, most Manors will never see this admin mess until they are older and by then Madwolf will have an answer.
