Hey there, been using manor now for a few months both as a user and admin and have a few suggestions for features.

I'm not sure, but i'm pretty sure these commands aren't avaliable but would be very helpful:

idle check - see how long users on the system have been idle.
kick or temp ban - to disconnect a user without banning them or enable a temporary ban that can be time set. ( one second for example) hopefully with a field so a reason can be set so mods/admins can see why someone was kicked or tempbanned.
Idle timeout - so it will kick off users that have been idle for too long.
whois - some form of this so we can see IPs and information about the users, especially troublemakers who might be trying to get around a ban.

Some other ideas we've chatted about:

Room specific Mods - Somehow being able to give mod permissions in some rooms, but not others. As it sits now we can't give specific permissions based on rooms, we have to give it over the whole chat.

Mod ban/kick logs - once a mod logs in, there is a list of what commands they issued while they were on so if there is a problem admins can see who did what. This is mostly for things like kicks, tempbans, timeouts, etc.

Private rooms/Temp rooms - Some way for individual users to create and moderate their own rooms, which disappear once they are empty would be cool.

And for the user side:

Clickable links in chat, both in bubbles and the log. It drives me bananas since I always try to click them and move my character onto the speakers head.
