Hello anyone ... please .. Im having problems editing my props. Sometimes in a few clicks The Manor freezes or kick me out.

Yes, there are (and have been) problems with editor in many ways. Allegedly bug fix should be in the current update (1.08b).
What we usually do however when making props is to make them in a dedicated graphics program like Paintshop, Gimp or Photoshop, save them as PNG with transparancy and import them to manor, using manor editor as little as possible. You avoid any freezing and you also have greater control over the editing process that way.

Max pic size is 160x160 pixels. Just stick to that rule and you will be fine.
